DESCRIPTION:There’s a growing ambition for people in North Yorkshire to reuse more and waste less. \nDoes your organisation work in the reuse arena? Are you interested in ramping up the green agenda and representing the vital impact that reuse can have on a circular economy? \nIf so\, please join our meeting in Malton to discuss a range of potential opportunities for inspiration\, collaboration and partnership working. \nWe’re hosting this session with Circular Malton and Norton CIC to bring together like-minded VCSE organisations and groups. The aim is to explore how we can have a greater impact and move towards a more sustainable future and what needs to be done to make this happen. \nCircular Malton and Norton aim to “embrace a strategy of empowering the community from the ground up\, advocating for changes which will be environmentally and socially beneficial\, whilst making sense economically.”  They will explain why market towns are ideal to tackle challenges\, realise opportunities and make things happen by sharing their approach to becoming the UK’s first circular economy market town.
