SUMMARY:Ashden City region retrofit workshop
DESCRIPTION:Ashden City region are hosting a \, which will focus on financing retrofit. The one hour workshop\, we will explore the role of Combined Authorities in facilitating financial solutions for domestic retrofit and to support their wider net-zero strategies. \nThe workshop will include a presentation from Matt Ferretti\, Head of Partnerships at the GFI\, which has developed a range of innovative financial products which Combined (and Local) Authorities can access to encourage and enable domestic retrofit\, as well as a way of unlocking private capital as a source of funding. These include solutions for both the private rented sector and owner occupiers. \nAlso presenting is Mark Atherton\, from GMCA\, with whom the GFI has partnered to provide practical and innovative financial solutions to support energy-efficiency improvements for thousands of homes across the city region.  There will also be space for questions and discussion.
