The West Midlands Combined Authority and the seven West Midlands local authorities invite officers from other authorities to learn from three years of delivering place-based, holistic and community-centred regeneration, energy and retrofit projects.
Discover what worked, what didn’t, and the practical lessons learned from turning ambitious plans into real-life delivery. Explore approaches that can be adapted in different places, avoid common pitfalls, and gain insights that can help accelerate delivery in your own authority.
Expect honest conversations, peer-to-peer learning and valuable networking with colleagues facing similar challenges across local government. Leave with practical ideas, new connections and greater confidence to apply proven approaches in your own communities.
