At our last event on 27th May, we asked Barnsley based businesses what they would like more information, help or support on and along with general bid skills, social value and carbon net zero were right at the top of the list!

We’re bringing Social Value and Environmental experts from the Go4Growth and NETpositive Futures (https://netpositivefutures.co.uk/) teams to the Digital Media Centre to discuss with providers where to start, what to consider, how to develop the approach, measure and communicate your activities. We’ll be providing practical advice and answering your questions to help you navigate these important, but complex agenda.

With both topics becoming more and more important to public sector, providers who wish to grow and develop will need to be able to understand and contribute in ways that make sense to your core business. The event will host round table conversations about these topics with plenty of time to ask all the burning questions you might have as a provider.
