  investments to ensure the economy is net zero carbon, fair, inclusive and
  sustainable. 

Transport vision

• The Transport Vision for the West Yorkshire region highlights the role of road transit and vehicle emissions in contributing to climate change, with 89% of CO2 emissions coming from private transport.
